A scratch on his vehicle infuriated a BMW car owner so much that he allegedly abused, thrashed and robbed a cyclist in Derabassi, leading to the police to register a case against him.
The incident took place more than a month back, but the police registered the FIR recently after verifying the allegations and taking the advice of the legal cell.
According to police, the accused has been identified as Ennaite Agarwal, a resident of Sector 8 C, Chandigarh. He was booked on the complaint of Pradeep Kumar (32), a resident of Golomajra village, Derabassi.
